Conv-Ex Advisors Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Convex Services Limited, registered in England and Wales as company number 08075698, having its offices at 30 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4EB, UK, and is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and registered for VAT in the United Kingdom with the VAT registration number GB 153 2530 39.

ConvEx Capital Markets LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its offices at 1177 Avenue of the Americas, 5th floor, New York, NY, 10036, USA, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Convex Services Limited.

ConvEx Capital Markets B.V., a private company with limited liability (besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid) incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands, with its corporate seat at Amsterdam, The Netherlands and registered under number 83443975 with the commercial register (Kamer van Koophandel) having its registered office at Schiphol Boulevard 127, 1118BG Schiphol, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Convex Services Limited.
